Dr. Doryan Ahn opens investment & export routes with a 190-country reviewer agreement

MMC (Master Millionaire Club), a global economic forum headquartered in Thailand, announced an agreement with IRO (the international review & rating optimization platform) to expand global reviewer positions. Dr. Doryan Ahn, MMC’s Korea representative, presented the strategy at the Global Economic Forum Bangkok held in Thailand on March 20.

Set against rising global economic uncertainty, the forum brought together policymakers, investors and industry leaders to discuss sustainable growth and economic resilience.

Dr. Ahn framed MediCity not as healthcare infrastructure or urban development alone, but as a “complex economic platform” integrating healthcare, tourism, AI and urban development. He stressed it is an investment-structure-centered platform with global capital participation rather than real-estate-focused development, presenting an expansive model based on project financing and public-private partnerships.

The presentation covered four axes: a global wellness-economy strategy, AI-based smart MediCity development, investment structures and financial models, and a global-expansion strategy. Using the Central Asian Issyk-Kul project as a case study, he showed that combining medical and tourism revenue models with data-driven city operations can secure both investment stability and growth.

Multiple individual meetings between IRO reviewers and global investors and institutions followed the presentation, with strong interest in the novel asset combining healthcare and urban development and in a model scalable to emerging markets.

Dr. Ahn said IRO will broaden its global investment network through reviewer-expansion agreements across MMC’s 190 member countries and develop MediCity into an international joint project, with plans to formalize the platform at the October 2026 Global Economic Forum annual meeting in Bangkok. Founded in 2020, IRO’s reviewer base has now grown to 1,100 across 190 countries.
