Dr. Dohyun Ahn first established the IRO concept in Singapore in 2019. Drawing on evaluation experience at firms such as Samsung C&T, an advisory role with KOTRA, and a local-partner role with Decathlon, he has studied evaluation standards across 73 countries he has visited firsthand. IRO Atlas is the v2.0 digital infrastructure of that idea, layered on an 802-expert network, with global business development, partnerships, and brand led directly by Dr. Ahn.
